Both figures arrived on the same day, they are the scale and of the same character so of course one’s mind immediately starts to draw comparisons between the two and of course to decide which is the better of the two.

Good Smile Company- Seems to be very true to the character. I love the sculpt, particularly the hair. The paint job is nice, the colors are really crisp.
Alter- It’s a cute figure, I just don’t like it as much as the GSC version. The pose is very dynamic although I personally wonder if it is eventually going to make her a leaner ^^; She has a cute facial expression. The sculpt for the most part is very nice, I don’t really care for the pointed nipples- I feel they were unnecessary for this figure. Nice paintjob even though it is less colorful than the GSC version.
Personally I prefer the Good Smile Company version, in the past if Alter and Good Smile Company did the same character I would have almost always have selected Alter’s iteration as my favorite. I find in this case though that the only thing I prefer about the Alter version is the stand, which is heart shaped. Something about the figure itself seems a bit out of character when compared to the Good Smile Company to me anyway. I am glad I personally got both but if I had to do it again and could only get one I would probably choose the Good Smile Company iteration.
The invoice still has everything listed at their sale’s prices which is awesome because I had given up on getting said items. My 1/4 Konata also just shipped from HLJ.
