JPGroove announces SDCC releases, also Sailor Moon at @SDCC

JPGroove just posted the following on their facebook.
Groove announcement for SDCC

No pictures yet but the news is exciting! I’M DYING FOR PICTURES especially since all the past Tokidoki collaboration Pullips have been so amazing.
Tokidoki Luna & Tokidoki x Hello Kitty Violetta & Tokidoki Lunarosa
Also a Tokidoki Dal? That’s a first. Sailor Moon will not only be on display, a small number will actually be available for purchase. I wonder what the rare past Pullip family dolls are. I could not be more excited about this announcement! As soon as pictures become available I’ll be sure to update!

I wish they would re-release Hina ichigo… I’ve just started watching Rozen Maiden and I must say I love her. I wish I liked the regeneration Shinku more though, she’s my all time favourite character.

I’m not sure if they will be re-releasing Hina Ichigo, she still lingers unsold in a lot of stores. She is my favorite character so it’s really unfortunate :/

      • Mimi says:

Yeah… The first Hina didn’t look enough like the anime character for me to like her. I don’t think the Dal sculpt fits her at all. A Hina Ichigo yeolume would be *awesome*.

    • kleintoys says:

Yeolume isn’t by Groove though she is by Ars Gratia Artis the company that normal designs the Pullip releases so I’m not sure if that would be possible license-wise for them to include Yeolume. I think Byul should be replaced with a happy Dal companion for shorter characters that Dal sculpt doesn’t really fit like Madoka.

Is there a limit of how many dolls a person can buy at the SDCC? I’m trying to have a friend grab one for me too.

    • kleintoys says:

Unknown at this time but the dolls are going to be sold at two booths (Tokidoki and Groove) so in theory you could buy a doll from each booth even if there was a limit.
