It’s that time of the year again, all the flowers are in bloom and my allergies are officially kicking my ass ^^; Due to the above mentioned allergies I didn’t get quite as many photos of Yeolume as I would have liked but I wanted to share some of the photos I have taken of her.
For those of you who don’t know, Yeolume is currently here on loan from Pullipstyle. She is a production sample.
I decided to play off the fact that Yeolume is a schoolgirl and did a school themed shoot with her. I kept her mostly stock just added a set of glasses (msd sized) and gave her a set of pigtails to show how different she can look with just a few simple changes.
I used my Monster High school playset as a backdrop for the school shoot and also utilized some of the accessories like the desk/school supplies. Monster High accessories are just about the right scale for her.
I decided to be a bit cheeky and dress Yeolume up as Alice next, knowing Pullip’s long history with Alice in Wonderland themed dolls I figured it was only a matter of time before there was a Yeolume version of Alice. Yeolume is wearing Pullip Alice du Jardin’s stock outfit, it is a bit large for her but not too bad of a fit.
I chose Alice du Jardin’s stock rather than one of the more classical Alice stocks because I thought the colors would suit Yeolume best.
Over the years, I have seen a number of clothes listed as fitting both Lati Yellow and Blythe which was always a bit baffling to me as they are very different sized dolls but I tried a Lati yellow sized outfit on Yeolume and it did actually fit. The dress became a tunic type shirt and the leggings became shorts.
Next I stole Angelic Pretty Dal Joujou’s stock and put it on Yeolume. I don’t think the colors suited her as nicely as I would’ve thought but I still think it is quite cute on her. The dal sized clothes are a better fit for Yeolume but it’s still not a perfect fit.
I decided to try one of my dal sized wa-loli kimonos on Yeolume by Keelycutekimono and I absolutely loved it on her. This is one of my all-time favorite wa-loli kimonos by Keely anyway but I was really surprised how well it suited Yeolume.
This is my personal favorite picture of Yeolume. Yeolume has really grown on me during her short time here.
This outfit was perfect for a shoot with the cherry blossoms.
