It’s been a while since my last My Little Pony-centric post and since I am trying to be more proactive about posting here, I figured it was time for a pony-centric post.

One of my favorite Christmas presents this past year was a new set of headphones as my old Gir ones finally died on me 😦 They are rainbow-riffic!

They are so adorable, I could not resist the urge to take a picture of them today.


I recently bought the new Pinkie Pie and Princess Celestia set, I was very excited to finally get a show accurate white Princess Celestia. While I understand that from a marketing standpoint pink sells better, it is good to finally see Celestia as she appears on the show (besides the exclusive talking Celestia released by TRU last year).

Now that I have a corrected Celestia, I was finally able to do an opposing shot of Princess Celestia and Nightmare Moon that I have been wanting to do for a while now. I was very pleased with how this shot turned out.

A shot of all of the princesses together even though that means there are duplicate characters. This shot made me realize how strange the princesses look in a straight on shot ie. the original Princess Celestia.

The new mold for the princesses, not a personal favorite of mine but they look kind of cute in a kickline.

I actually prefer the Princess Cadance that came in the mini wedding set rather than the princess mold from the blind bags. I hope they eventually release a Princess Celestia in the same mold.

Ploomette was just recently released interntationally as a bonus pony alongside Twilight Sparkle. I was very excited to see her rereleased as something other than a glimmer wing even though she was always my favorite of the glimmer wing releases.
