140/365- Pullip Sabrina

I’m skipping ahead a day as I am almost hopelessly behind at this point and I didn’t have a whole lot to say about a picture one of my dal shelves anyway ^^; I recently acquired another Sabrina pullip (I won’t bore you the details as to the how). I already had a Sabrina pullip but she had come to me nude/bald, this came to me with her full stock.

Sabrina is one of three different pullips based on different characters from films as portrayed by Audrey Hepburn, in addition to the title character of Sabrina there has also been a Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany’s and a Princess Ann from Roman Holiday. Something about pullip’s proportions just seem to work for portraying Audrey Hepburn.

Her white gown is absolutely stunning, the details on it are really nice and the quality is a lot nicer than what we normally see from Groove Inc. Part of the gown is actually detachable so it can go from gown to cocktail dress- I neglected to take any pictures without the outer skirt though ^^;

The dress is pretty accurate compared to how it appeared in the movie, I actually based some of my Sabrina photos on old publicity photos from the movie.

Sabrina also came with her little red dress, which while it did not seem all that impressive from promo photos is actually quite nice .

    I liked the movie Sabrina a lot more than I was expecting to.

      Of the three Audrey variations of pullips, I think Breakfast at Tiffany’s is still my favorite.
