My long awaited Sakura Dollfie Dream arrived today, I preordered her way back on like May 6th which seems like a lifetime ago.

Sakura is my twelfth dollfie dream, she joins fellow Fate/Stay Night alumni Rin and Illyavasel. I do not have a Saber, I was kind of getting used to the idea that I could be happy without a Saber but now that I have Sakura I am rethinking that.. it wouldn’t be immediately but I am definitely thinking about it.

I also got Sakura’s transformation set. I already sent off my Option head #4 to Requiemart eventually it will be turned into a Dark Sakura as I loved the idea of owning both a Sakura DD as well as an evil Sakura but I didn’t want another set of twins (the Yokos would not be pleased with me)  so this seemed like a good solution. Reminds me I need to put a dollfie dream body on my “to buy” list it will probably just share a body with whoever for a little when I get it back..

Her face up and sculpt is really pretty. When compared to Rin she is a lot less angular and lacks her sharp features, she has a soft and kind face.

She is such a gorgeous doll, I wish it hadn’t been so overcast today. I really wanted to do a proper shoot with her but time outside with a camera under an umbrella was limited.

I think I am going to take her to the park after work tomorrow and hopefully get some better pictures of her. I need to photograph my dirty dozen together soon, I am still in kind of disbelief that I now own a dozen dollfie dreams >_<
