Puddle (Pullip and Doll Dal Lovers Event) is the largest fan-run Pullip convention in the US and it’s only a little bit more than a month away! Puddle is ran by Truefan, the world’s biggest Dal fan. Puddle is held every year at the Holiday Inn Chicago-Elk Grove. Pre-registration is a mere $17, registering day of at the door costs $20 if you are one of the first 60 people to register you get a sweet premium giftbag.

This year’s Puddle is on June 7th, but the festivities kick off the night before. Since this is Puddle’s seventh year, this year’s theme is rainbows (one year for every color of the rainbow).

There was a photo contest open to both attendees and non-attendees alike, the above picture was my entry; you can see the other entries here!

I’m unsure if I will be able to attend or not this year, I’m still hoping to being able to attend so we will see. I was lucky enough to attend last year and had a great time, you can read my write up of last year’s event here! I highly recommend going if you get the chance as it’s not only a great way to meet other collectors but a great chance to BST dolly items as well there also are contests/raffles and it’s just a ton of fun.

While Puddle is an event dedicated to Pullips and company, other dolls are welcome as well last year I remember seeing Blythes, tiny BJDs and Dollfie Dreams among other dolls.
