After several delays, the Cover Girls of the DC Universe Harley Quinn has finally arrived from Bigbadtoystore. I just checked and although I hadn’t quite realized it had been quite that long I actually preordered her on 10/26/2009 so I waited over a year for her ^^;
The statue is based on the design of Adam Hughes and was sculpted by Jack Mathews. IT is made from cold cast porcelain and is hand-painted. The statue is limited to 8000 pieces. There is an upcoming Poison Ivy statue that compliments Harley Quinn but it will not be released until next year.
My Harley Quinn is number 1467/8000.
The sculpting on her is fantastic, I had to touch her little poof balls to confirm they were in fact sculpted and not little poof balls to know for sure. Although they did do a good paint job on her, I find myself wishing that they had chose a slightly less reflective paint finish.
She is amazingly still available at BBTS.

In generally I prefer there to be less reflective paint on my figures, but there are a few exceptions here and there.
