I decided to do something a little different and pit two of my figures against each other in mortal combat. The combatants are both made by Good Smile Company and are from Fate/Stay Night.
As dynamic and awesome as Saber’s pose is, it is awesomely awkward on the shelf and it unfortunately takes up a lot of room ^^;
I don’t have many figures of Saber in her full armor and there are just not many Rider figures in general.
I love the flow of Saber’s dress under the armor. Rider’s hair is also pretty amazing.

You know, I never really realized how well the GSC Rider and Saber figures matched up in terms of their attack poses until your images. I love dynamic attack poses too, but when they use up so much space it’s a bit of a pain. The Alice Martin I just got I wanted to display with her large weapon, and man she eats up a lot of space.
I think I ended up having to put the Saber with my nendoroids on top of my normal Fate display because she was so unwieldy. Actually I have become so desperate for space lately unless a figure actually needs it’s stand I have been packing them all up ^^;
