I just read Emperor Joker. It was a pretty good read even if I felt a bit over my head in all the Superman mythos (while I love DC, I am more of a Batman girl and have very little knowledge about Superman most of which comes from him appearing in Batman comics). I actually enjoyed it  quite a bit I literally laughed out loud at a few panels such as Joker playing poker with the three Robins in various stages of decay (why didn’t you call in ? ROFL).

Besides being slightly out of my depth the entire Joker x Lois Lane thing seemed a bit tacked on to me while I am biased towards Joker x Harley Quinn it just didn’t seem very Joker-like it seemed out of character for him. I am willing to buy off on him turning Harley Quinn into a constellation though, I am of the mind that while he can’t really love anyone (besides himself) he does seem to have a certain fondness and affection for her. He couldn’t let her live but with him essentially being a performer he still needed an audience and there has never been a more eager audience than Harley Quinn. I thought Harley Quinn was very much in character throughout the comic.
