My third Hello Kitty pullip arrived a few days ago. My first Hello Kitty pullip was named Emma but she later got customized and became Joyette, Requiemart was over for a doll meet one day and said she had free time to customize and that if I wanted the Jouet pullip I had suggested that it would be perfect timing. I had received a second Hello Kitty Pullip for Christmas last year but I had decided to keep her NRFB for the time being. When requiemart said Hello Kitty would make an excellent base for Joyette my original plan was to have the NRFB Hello Kitty customized but I felt badly about deboxing her just to have her customized and my original Hello Kitty’s curls were pretty well destroyed so I reluctantly decided to have Emma customized. My thought was the NRFB Hello Kitty would eventually get deboxed and become Emma but I kind of got attached to the idea of having her around NRFB, I had the idea in the back of my mind that I would eventually get another Hello Kitty some day. Unfortunately both Pullipstyle and VOTD sold out of Hello Kitty and both are pretty sure they will not be able to be restocked, making Hello Kitty one of the first pullips to completely sell out in years. I spotted a pretty decent deal on a nude/bald Hello Kitty and decided that if I ever wanted another Hello Kitty now was the time.

Luckily, Emma seemed to be an agreeable name for her. I rewigged her in a lavender tri-color mohair wig made made by requiemart. Even though I basically bought her because I missed having a Hello Kitty around to play with I am really glad I did because I had forgotten just how gorgeous she really is.
