This year’s doll carnival exclusive has been revealed today. Her name is Chantilly and she is another collaboration with the lolita clothing company Angelic Pretty. She is presumably limited to 300 like the previous two doll carnival limiteds (Jouet and Isolde) before her and will more than likely be a pain to get a hold of.
While I do actually like her, I find it somewhat annoying that this year’s exclusive has blond hair again. So far every doll carnival exclusive has had blond hair >_< I am hoping her price does not go as insane as Jouet and Isolde's went but I am not exactly holding my breath.

She has the same eye chips as the other Angelic Pretty Dal, just different colored. D: I was actually adoring her until I saw that, then I just thought they looked too similar XDXD
Eh does she? I don’t have Maretti yet (although I plan on remedying that tomorrow) and haven’t much attention to her photos ^^; Last year’s exclusive Isolde was effectively a repaint of a then forthcoming H.Naoto collab Adstilia. Quite a few of the dolls look remarkably similiar if you really look at them..
I’ve never seen any of the other exclusives >;;;] but I did love the dress D: So now I actually want her a bit 😀 But she’ll be hard to find at a reasonable price XDXD
…Wordpress just butchered my comment… but it said that the dress is actually the same pattern/dress as Cocotte’s only in white instead of pink. But I don’t love Byul dolls since they look like fish faces XDXD Though I’m loving this doll I don’t think I’ll even try getting her since she will be pricey and isn’t all that amazing XDXD

I have the eventual plan of acquiring the Angelic Pretty Byul’s wig and stock and sticking them on a dal, I despise byul. I will eventually get the new limited I am just hoping she comes a bit cheaper than the previous two. I feel the other two were a bit more worth the jacked up price personally.

I hate Byul's too, I can sort of see how some people can find them cute, but they just rub me the wrong way, though I have been considering just buying the stock and wig to do that myself. But I've yet to get to customizing, I'm still buying ones that I adore in their stock and wigs now XDXD So all in due time ❤
