Pullips and Junk

I just preordered this cutie pie. I ordered the Little Fee Ante Full Package (Macaron Pink) from dollfairyland and she is probably going to run me about $350 total maybe a bit more with shipping but she is so damn cute I could not resist. She will be my one and only BJD, I have always kind of disliked bjds in general but something about this one just makes her stand out so much and I just adore her.

Well I was already to start tearing in to my back log of unopened anime figures when UPS came and brought me a most unexpected surprise, a big box of blurays and Fallout 3 so needless to say I didn’t get much of anything done today. Oblivion is one of my favorite games so I am very excited about Fallout 3. Being from the same studio the game play is pretty similiar but different enough to keep me interested not to mention a whole new setting plus the entire risk of radiation poisoning adds a new element.

I have two packages coming tomorrow one from TL and one from one of my Japanese sources that will have some wonder fest goodies in it. I am mildly annoyed with several stores at the moment.. I am downright pissed with animexing but kid nemo is starting to wear thin on my nerves as well. Also somewhat annoyed with toylet that sent me the wrong figure as they sent me a return slip for it and told me to ship it back in the box it came and the post office wanted to charge me a $60 handling fee because of the immense size of the package >_< They still haven’t refunded me yet either…

So I might truly be going over to the dark side… I found a BJD I actually like.

She is part of a new line apparently… her first batch of preorders have already closed but from what I understand a second batch of preorders will be open late next month. Her price isn’t even that bad well relatively speaking that is she is still over $300 but she is just so damn cute I don’t know if I will be able to resist her.

I really need to set these up for a picture they are all in chaos on the shelves currently. Seeing how I am actually home today there is a slight chance this will actually get done.

Since my last pinky post these have all arrived: PK003A, Wonder Fest Pinky – 0001 Showtime Pinky, Pinky Street with Rabbit Scooter Repaint, Pinky Street Mahorobo Stories Library of Fortune Pinky, and the Wonder Fest Kokoro. The newest releases of pinkies showed up as well but I haven’t even taken them out of the package yet >_<

I ordered some new pinkies today including Pinky St:In Town-Hana, PK005B and the super rare limited blue repaint of Athena from King of Fighters. I also have PK006 still kicking around in the mail as well as this year’s wonder fest release.

I still need 19 pinkies to complete my collection of pinky street PK001B, PK002A, PK002B, PK003B, PK004A, PK004B, PK006A, PK006B, Animate Tencho Yoshiko Version 1, Acchi Kocchi Kokoro, Pinky Showtime Volume 1 Green Version, Mono Comme Ca M Version, Mono Comme Ca MCC Version, Mono Comme Ca Version 2, King of Fighters Mai Limited Blue Repaint, Pinky Q with Messerschmitt Repaint, Space Invaders: Moe, Suu and Tamae.

So I spotted a sale at on one of the anime sites I frequent seen some okay figures then I spotted the Kemeko DX figure I have been dying for but unwilling to pay $70+ for so needless to say I ordered her. As much as I have been wanting this figure I am just going to hook it unto the nendoroid so I couldn’t justify paying MSRP or greater on some American sites for it.

Then I seen something even more interesting two lone Jun Planning dolls for about $62 each.. I ended up only buying Filato (the boy) as I already have the pullip and I don’t like her enough to twin her (on less she came already modded like with an eye mech swap and a wig).

I had already named my “bride” Beatrix as a Kill Bill reference so my Filato will be Bill.

On the subject of pullips my 2nd Suiseiseki and Souseiseki showed a few days ago. I am going to start working on a bunny suit for Souseiseki next week so she can be Suzumiya and I have to switch Suiseiseki unto a larger chest obitsu so she can be Mikuru. I was so super excited today as I thought Faewyn had arrived, the rental office called me told me I had a package so I rushed home and it turned out to be Clover (rewigged/rechipped Nina) >_< .

I am staying home tomorrow so anticipate pictures.

I got impatient and ordered Mizuho off of hobbysearch. I am going to use my points towards her again. Patiently waiting for toyslogic to open up preorders for the new Alter Yoko teacher figure as it is the first adult Yoko I actually like.

Now for something that is really trying my patience…Oh how I loathe Anime xing I made an order on 6/26/2008 for four items that were all supposedly in stock, after a few weeks I started wondering why I never got shipping notification logged back in and noticed that two the items were currently being restocked. The latest of the release date was 8/30 so you would think that I would have my figures by now, nope. I emailed them again mid-September asking about my order and they said they had no way of knowing when the other figure would arrive. Finally I log back in on October 2nd and my order is in the final processing stage…. three weeks later and it is still in the final processing stage. I just sent them another email hopefully they will actually ship my order out as it has only been just shy of four months.
