Papin is my favorite stock pullip, something about her always makes me smile. No matter how many pictures I see of her, I never get tired of her. I decided a while ago that she was so versatile any color wig would suit her, so I decided a long term goal of mine would be to have a Papin rewigged in every color of the rainbow. About a year after deciding to make that my goal I completed my rainbow, in May of this year but apparently it was just the first arc of the rainbow…

I had really thought that was it but with my latest addition, Lorelei my Papin count is now at 10 (too many to actually be counted at tsuki-board, which I found hilarious). I purchased Lorelei from another user on dolly market, she already came with an obitsu and her price was pretty reasonable and I had this awesome blue/green mix wig just waiting for the right doll to come along and claim it.

Lorelei is named after the German folklore surronding Lorelei as I wanted something sea influenced for her name but also wanted it to fit in with the other Papins’ names (Butterfly, Clementine, Button, Aspen, Lacy, Tangerine, Calliope, Eureka and Charlie). My Papins are an eclectic bunch ^^;

I promise there will be a non-pullip post tomorrow but it will still be doll related.
